Orangebloom for Oranienbaum / Haags Gemeentemuseum
2012, for queen Henriëtte Catharina van Anhalt Dessau

The love for glass and craft of former queen and resident of Oranienbaum were reason to make a design from glass.
The lifesize installation with the exuberant decorated vase refers to the rich decorated palaces of her time when fresh cut flowers were an enormous luxury. The Tudor Roses are a fine symbol for the old european royal houses. The exhibition is opened by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands.

Orangebloom is bought by the Haags Gemeentemuseum. After the Oranienbaum exhibition
it is part of the museums permanent collection.
