Arnhem housing associations Volkshuisvesting planned to rebuilt an former elderly home into 'Bruishuis': a 10 floor community center where sports, hobbies, residence and work had to bring people in the neighbourhood together.
Ineke was asked to give some directions in an early stage to get the rebuilding going.
Proposals for new use and activities, the interior and exterior, furniture, colourscemes, and routing of the of the community areas were made to improve the functionality and directions in the building.
Some parts are taken over. Bruishuis opened in 2009.
